Policy/Exchange
We are so sure you will be satisfied by your
order that we guarantee every product we sell for 30 days
from the date you receive the item. However, we do
understand you may change your mind so for the fastest and
easiest service, please follow these guidelines:
- List the item(s) that you are
returning.
- Note the reason for the return.
- If you are exchanging, let us know
what you would like to replace the item with.
- We recommend that returns be sent via
UPS or FEDEX Ground. Please keep the tracking number for
your records and call or email it to us as well.
- No refund on shipping charges on
returned items, we offer one exchange per order at no
cost. If item was ordered with free shipping only the
original shipping fee we paid will be deducted from the
order not to exceed $9.00 to cover shipping costs.
No refunds on charges
to alter the ring in any way. That includes CROWN
CHANGES and CROWN ADJUSTMENTS.

much less, buying directly from a major U.S. jewelry
supplier.
